Tesla Model S 2013 - worthy car for you !

 
         Tesla Motors has released the three-tier pricing strategy for the automaker's second car line, the all-electric Model S luxury sedan. Sticker prices for the three versions will depend on the size of the battery pack and followed by an even smaller, as-yet-unnamed electric car, as well as a second-generation Roadster.        


  
       The Model S’s interior is highlighted by a huge 17 inches navigation screen that will encompass the entire center stack of the upcoming. Tesla is calling it the largest touchscreen display ever used in an automobile. Another screen measuring 12.3 inches will be fitted into the instrument cluster. Nvidia, the chipmaker working with Tesla on the touchscreens, promises high-detail graphics  the laptop-sized 17 inches monitor and ultra-high-resolution 3D graphics for the netbook-sized 12.3 inches LCD screen. 
    
 

          The Tesla Model S is very impressive with 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds, the Roadster outperforms almost all sports cars in its class yet is six times as energy efficient as gas guzzlers and delivers 244 miles per charge. Tesla has delivered nearly 300 Roadsters, and nearly 1,000 more customers are on the waitlist. The standard Model S does 0-60 mph in under six seconds and will have an electronically limited top speed of 130 mph, with sport versions expected to achieve 0-60 mph acceleration well below five seconds.
